We welcome you into a supported space of healing sound and serenity. These instruments create repetitive, soothing, perfect tones to induce complete calm in the mind and body, allowing you to relax deeply or accompany your meditation practice. This is the best sound bath to ground you and draw you into an appreciation of the present moment.
Feeling Held
At these sound healing sessions, we provide you with several bolsters so your body is completely held and tension free. We’ll make suggestions to add support for pain in your body such as your neck, back, and knees. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or blanket.
